Yes. Click or copy the link address of the post number -- shown in the lower right of each post, e.g., this one should be #11 -- to obtain the direct URL for that post.

I notice you've linked to https://forum.thethirdmanifesto.com/forum/subscriptions/, the specific page that allows a user to control whether or not he/she gets email notifications for new posts.
I suggest just linking to https://forum.thethirdmanifesto.com/, as it clearly indicates in a yellow banner that you need to sign up to post, and lets prospective participants browse the public posts before joining.

Excellent, but it can be even simpler. You're showing the link as https://forum.thethirdmanifesto.com/forum. The forum software will automatically redirect to that. You can simply give the URL as https://forum.thethirdmanifesto.com
